FARMING & TERRITORY
Organic farming respects the characteristics of the territory, guaranteeing the maximum standards for the well-being of livestock. Animals are free to move around in open spaces, thereby reducing the stocking density, and have feed which itself is organic in origin. Also, the use of antibiotics is checked and is also extremely limited.
HOW WE DO IT
The processing of our products takes place in dedicated premises, in full compliance with all regulations. During the preparation phase, we only process our cured meats with organic spices and ingredients, limiting the use of preservatives as per EU regulations.

More paper, less plastic
We have chosen to make our trays sustainable and environmentally friendly, using 70% less plastic*.
The tray, covered with a thin film that guarantees the freshness and safety of the product inside, is entirely recyclable into paper, thus contributing to reducing the overall impact on the environment.
